I don't actually listen to music. I play some old gospel on the guitar every day, but I never listen to anything at all after that. If I finish this game, I'm going to try to find ambient music for it.

I get all my music on this site. It's not cheap, but they have the highest quality artists. https://artlist.io/

One of my favorite songs (and videos) in recent time. No Lullaby by Siames. I love the art style, the visual story line (which is different to the lyrical story line), the song, all great.

Here is a makehuman character talking. Very short. It's just a talking animation no sound or anything. It looks better in the editor, you can see the mouth better.

It looks pretty good but it's hard to say without hearing the sound. Are you planning on adding a voice?

I really like this! Thanks for the share. In other news I have been trying to get a girl to sit in my office next to me and make music... in the spirit of... mutual time and efficiency policing. So far... my paper still isn't done. She's got some punk rock skills tho!

No. I did make it so I can add voice fairly easy with 4 phonemes, but it's mainly to get a story out. It will have typewriter text for now, anyway. I just wanted the characters mouth to move when the text was up and for a couple seconds after. It looks better when the typewriter text goes across. Plus you can barely see the mouth move in the video because it's so small. I think it will work all right. Anyway, it's a first step. I should have done a close up but it was the first time I did a screen recording. Didn't work out very well. I'd do another one but it's too much work and it wouldn't look that different. Good experience.

What is a gabber outlaw?

Gabber is hardcore electronic music from Rotterdam, similar to the video @Megalomaniak posted. An outlaw is an illegal rave party. We just showed up with a generator and DJ equipment and broke into a cemetery like at midnight. Don't really feel this is disrespectful, I think the dead probably enjoyed having a party and people having fun up here.

That's awesome. I used to listen to all that stuff (well except Metallica, but my roommate in college was in a metal band, so I heard enough). Loved Boards of Canada, but sadly I can't listen to any of that anymore. Music brings me back to where I was back then, and I've changed so much, so I just like to move forward. Now I just listen to DJ mixes and playlists. So it's never the same songs, it's new music every day.

Music? I haven't logged on in a while, I don't know how you guys went from voting machines to music but I love music. With what I've posted and about to post, you can figure out I'm a big fan of the trifecta of teen angst.

If I'm really needing to think, I just look up "dark acoustic" and listen to whatever has a pretty cover. I'm not picky, it all mostly sounds the same.

If I'm working and really need to get stuff done (like in a marking crunch, I'm a teacher), I tend to listen to either the OST for the anime Last Exile (lots of great instrumentals) or the War Of The Worlds musical.

(As I write this, I've got The Supermen Lovers playing)
