I guess I'm weird. I've listened to so much different music over the years. I tried to think what my favorite song or artist is, and I don't even know. Right now I'm listening to Hardwave, but I just found out about that like a month ago. I've listened to punk, ska, rock, drum and bass, trance, hip hop, experimental, dubstep, classical, ambient, I don't even remember. And I don't even search for things at all. The algorithm just shows me the perfect video that I didn't even know I was in the mood for. This is what I'm listening to now.

I love OST's those are generally what I listen to constantly. The Last Exile was a great anime!

Today I setup my pellet stove grill and grilled t-bone steaks. The first t-bones I have cooked or eaten in years. And they came out perfect.

The sounds of the steak sizzling on the smoking grill was pristine music for my soul today, while I looked upon the snow capped mountians in the distance was the best pairing of visual. I highly recommend it.

Yeah Last Exile was one of the best ever. Kind of slow but still amazing.

Yeah, these are the things that are amazing. It's really simple stuff, that's all you need. I went to this Lebanese restaurant the other night and had the best meal of my life. It was a chicken kabob plate with rice, hummus, baba ganoush, and the freshest pita bread ever. Not a cheap place, I think the plate was $35, but well worth it. It's a local family owned spot. The owner takes orders and his wife cooks in the kitchen, it's just them two. He's really nice as well, I spoke with him for a bit. I love those kinds of places.

You really remind me of someone I knew. When I was younger, like 16 or so, I really liked electronic. That was just a phase, there's a couple genres I've known since the womb. The whiskey's out and it's late so I'm about to get sappy. I have a massive soft spot for hard rock like grunge, punk, and recently an alarming amount of emo. It started with the old Windows XP family computer that my mom rarely used, but used just enough to flood the hard drive with Foo Fighters. I'm gonna skip a lot of the depressing crap and say that in a way, rock was my "dad". Nearly every value I hold close is summed up in a Foo Fighters song. There was also a lot of Red Hot Chili Peppers but I wasn't old enough to understand that nearly every song was about cocaine, they just sounded good.

Yeah, I used to love Foo Fighters. Think I saw them live at least once or twice. Was big into Nirvana, but I was too young to see them live before Kurt was gone. Also used to love Pennywise. That was what I grew up on as an early teen.

And I have to mention Linkin Park, they probably saved me when I was going through a lot in my life.

Linkin Park always existed as a middle ground between myself and my friends who moved on to hip hop sounds. Nu-metal isn't my favorite but it's a pretty good compromise. That's pretty cool saw Foo Fighters live. I've never been to a concert in my life. Never had money and the little I had I spent on video games. I guess those gave me its own memories and friends, and looking back, maybe it was for the best I spent a lot of those early years mostly isolated. Man I missed out though.

Yeah, all throughout high school and college, I went to shows and concerts every weekend. In high school it was mostly alternative rock and punk, and in college I went to electronic parties. But it was literally every weekend, so I saw so many artists, and I used to live in New York City, so all the big bands and DJs always headlined there. Honestly, I'm probably half deaf now from all those concerts, not to mention the second hand smoke, but I had a lot of fun. Too old for that now, I haven't been out in a while.

Foo Fighters released a movie (in theaters) last week called Studio 666. It's a horror/comedy about them trying to record their 10th album in a haunted house.

I heard about that a week ago. I lost it when I saw the trailers. The image of Dave Grohl possessed by a demon is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I'm seeing it this weekend with friends. It's a damn shame my brother is abroad, he is the only other dude I know who would drop everything to see it. My roommate is the only other person as stoked as I am.

The movie was about what I expected, which is a good thing. It's definitely Dave Grohl's kind of humor.

OMG, The Batman is the best movie ever. You have to see it.

I'm looking forward to The Batman, it looks pretty cool and I like Robert Pattinson. Although for me the one true Batman is still Adam West.

Yes, it came out in theaters a few days ago. I went to the local movie theater about 4 blocks from my house. I haven't been there since I moved here about a year and a half ago because of the restrictions. It was really nice actually to see a movie in the theaters.

For sure the best Batman they've made. I was never a fan of Adam West, I guess I was too young for that, but I saw the Tim Burton in the theaters as a kid and that was amazing. And Nolan did a good job, but this new Batman is super relevant to today's world.
