Basically just the environment. There will be a cinematic camera that pans around and zooms on objects. Then you can fly around in free look mode. The idea was that you just watch it, but I wanted to let people move the camera as well. It won't be a game, I have some other stuff planned for that, this was just a graphics test (and thankfully everything worked).
The art assets were purchased on CGTrader. They had a huge Black Friday sale and many models were like 50% off, so I spent a LOT of money and stocked up. Originally I did try to do some of my own art, but even though I know how to use the programs, I'm not the best artist so it wasn't coming out like I wanted. This scene in particular was only $30 and on sale for $18, more than worth it. The model was Blender format, and using the proper PBR materials, so importing was fine. However, it took about 3 days to get it looking good in Godot. Mostly setting up the lighting, the light baking, and fixing small import issues, etc.
But I also got a bunch of other models, so I am planning an interactive demo building on the physics stuff I was working on but with real art. This will probably take longer, and I have some other stuff going on, so I wanted to finish this one for now with just graphics.
