Water meter checker, open the door!
Hahahahaha, for me it's the gas meter checker. My office doesn't even use/need gas but here she comes pounding on the door or barging in like the mayor gave her a key to the city.
That's the nice part about America and our gun laws. Even the police are very polite or they have an army out there.
Depends on what part of America your talking about. I have lived in areas you did NOT call the cops over anything- unless you wanted someone beaten, shot, arrested, and charged that had nothing to do with why you called them. In 2013 the FBI raided south east Arkansas and arrested 1500 police for corruption, forced prostitution, slavery, drug smuggling, organized racketeering, election fraud and so forth. I preaching at the time in Marvell, ARK and woke up to the sound of 30 fbi agents, a tank and a helicopter raiding the next door neighbor (who was a cop). Not to mention since civil forfeiture became law- police can seize any cash or items they deem to have come from illegal means- with no evidence or probable cause. And it can take years to get your stuff back- this includes houses, cars, bank deposits, cash, guns jewelry.
I have owned a lot of small businesses. I grew to where I did not handle cash. After a partner of mine had his cash deposit seized by local police (almost $30,000) he had a convenience store, as he was driving to bank. Its been six years and he still hasnt gotten his money back.
Point is Americans I have noticed are not willing to fight back against tyranny, crime, or corruption- even though we are all armed. We just complain about it and say we would. I am not saying they should either. Im just saying the myth of armed americans keeping police in check so far hasnt proven to be true. Americans tend to submit to laws even tyrannical illegal ones.
