Blender users who have Intel integrated graphics are also having trouble trying to run the 2.8 builds. This can all be pinned down to buggy and broken drivers and the lack of effort from Intel to really make them robust. The acquisition of Raju from AMD hasn't really helped at all.
The best the Godot devs. can do is make the engine somewhat usable when GLES2 is being used, there's a reason why those serious about 3D and gaming will get a discrete GPU from Nvidia or AMD.
