Animation being applied to all Nodes

I tried to make an animation, that would make the CSGBox, emissive but it only worked in the editor and not in the game, when activated, Then I tried to recolour it with Albedo, and that worked, but it coloured all Nodes. Here is a video: You can see the objects becoming red after being pink. How do I have it only effect one object?

Resources are shared across instances by default for performance reasons.

You need to make the material unique before modifying it (and the mesh if the material is assigned on the mesh itself, and not as an override). This can be done in the inspector by using Make Unique on the material. For instanced subscenes, enable the Local To Scene property on the material to make duplication automatically occur for every instance.
