I am seeing the same thing here, and I have just about the best computer you can buy. It was fine at the beginning, but when it turned to night it became very slow. The graphics are simple and 2D, so there is no reason for it not to be fast. Maybe something with the lighting perhaps. I don't know, it is hard to say. I would recommend looking into using the profiler on your computer to see what is slowing it down. If the profiler is too confusing, just try disabling things one by one to see if it helps. I would start looking at the flash light and the fire on the car. Maybe disable them and switch it back to day and see if that helps. Or try making the light texture a smaller resolution or a smaller size on screen. If it is too big it can be causing issues.
