Godot no warning after I connect to a wrong function is it right or I miss some setting in the godot

I connect the FinishOneWord signal to 'xxxx' function which not exist in my script, but I get no warnings, I think it is inconvenient when I get a typo in the name of the function. For example, I want connect to the function 'explosion' but I mistype to 'esplosion'. There is no warning in the editor will take me some time to locate this error. Any way to fix it?

Apparently the third parameter is not checked by the Editor. But there will be error messages in the Debugger pane at runtime, if the signal is emitted and the function does not exist.

Godot 4.0 uses Signal and Callable types to remove the reliance on strings when connecting signals. However, this can't be backported to 3.x for compatibility reasons.
