I want one button to be closed when the other is opened

First of all, I apologize for my bad English level. now we have 2 buttons, button_a and button_b. I want (button_a) to be closed (button_b) when opened. But, I also want (button_b) to be closed (button_a) when opened. Like the settings menu in games. please try to help me despite my bad english level.

What do you mean by a button being closed? Do you mean when one is pressed the other is hidden?

I think he wants them to behave as radio buttons.
