inherited scene change parent node

Hi I have a noob question (I guess all of my questions are noob questions) anyways,

I want to create an inherited scene- but I need to change the top parent scene to a different scene. I want to do this so I dont have to recreate all the subnodes I need for the new scene. I thought I could just add a node above the top scene but that doesnt seem to work via drag and drop in left editor panel.

BTW on another note my wife likes Blender better than tick tock videos now!

Nevermind I think I figured it out. I just changed the top scene to a spatial node added the new scene as child.
