Custom Options Do Not Appear Within Control Section of Inspector

Dec 18, 2021 - Multiple versions of GoDot 3 have been installed, and re-installed, to overcome the absence of the "Custom" options that apparently should be located in the "Control" section of the GoDot Inspector. For example, GoDot versions 3.4, and 3.4.1 RC2, and 3.4.1 RC3 have all been installed and; upon observing the aforementioned issue, uninstalled and re-installed with the computer being shut down completely between some of the uninstall/re-install attempts to use GoDot.
The operating system being used is the 64 bit version of Windows 7 Professional (it's what's available here, please refrain from suggesting a different OS). The computer hardware entails an i7 Intel CPU on a modern Asus motherboard containing 32 GB of RAM. The accompanying screen image illustrates the issue.
It surely would be helpful if GoDot could be used here.

As part of the theme editor rework, custom styles were moved to the Theme Overrides section of the inspector. If you unfold the Theme Overrides section, you will see all the custom theming options available.

The theme editor rework landed in Godot 3.4, which was released in November 2021. That explains why those tutorials didn't mention it :)
