How to selecting correctly with the mouse

Hello,

I'd like to select my buildings and my units in a precise order.

1.-When i draw a selection box, only the units bust be selected, not buildings. 2.-When i just mouse over and clic on a unit, only this unit must be selected, not the building if the unit is on it 3.-When i just mouse over and clic on a building, only this bulding must be selected and show a pop-up

Here the code and a little screenshot. Actually, when i draw the selection box, the buildings is selected because i add it in the condition. The problem is: is there a way to split a simple mouse over & clic process and a draw box process ?

I have solved the problem: i must make a signal "mouse entered"/"mouse exited" in the script of my buildings and change a little variable in my "selector" script to pick this building and doing the rest of i want.
