The idea that reality is subjective isn't new, but it still worries me that people give it so much weight. It's something that I could never agree with. It's easy to prove wrong, but it's even easier for someone to say, "But that proof is only part of your reality".
And I should state that the philosophical concept worries me less than extending that philosophy to "alternative facts" or justifying irrational behavior.
The only good I've ever seen the concept do, if you can call it that, is get people to say, "Well, that guy's completely wrong, but he might be right in his reality, so I'll just stop arguing with him." :)
