Yeah, well that is why I came to accept the logo finally. Because it makes it less intimidating to beginners, especially kids, which I think was the point. Most larger or established studios would not choose Godot anyhow, for various reasons. I mean, for larger teams, I think Unreal makes a lot of sense, if you have the budget. And Unity has some benefits, mostly the asset store. I think overall Godot is the best, which is why I use it, but it's kind of in a weird place. Because it is getting closer to being competitive (at least with Unity, we can forget about Unreal), but there are also many little things that make it difficult for higher end productions (the asset pipeline could be better, though 4.0 is improving this). So Godot forever could be sort of a toy engine for beginners to make little 2D games, or it could be something much more, like Blender has rose to the top. I hope Godot can be Blender one day, but it's hard to say.
