I'm following Miziziz's Doom clone videos, which appear to be a little out of date - I got everything working on its own the directional sprites don't animate but I think that may be because it's out of date. I want to combine them together, since the tutorials for the basic gameplay and directional sprites are separate.
My question is do I need to rewrite the code to integrate everything? I understand the logic (I think) but I’m new to Godot.
