Dodge the creeps Wont restart to the title screen

hey so im new to godot and coding in general and ive been following this tutorial about making Dodge the creeps for my first game

And im having trouble at the end part in 1:04:24 where he shows how to restart the game to the title screen when your character dies. I followed the code perfectly and it still doesnt restart to the start. Help please? https://www.codepile.net/pile/AKjaAboR heres my code
