Hi folks,
I am thinking about making some game for over a year now, picked Godot as engine as it works so well on Linux. And now I am here and need to ask stupid questions. Already sorry for that.
I my head I have some idea but it needs traffic. Nothing fancy, especially not as Godot noob. I would be happy already if at one side of my floor some item would appear and go to the other side, following a path. Imagine like a road or rail.
I started with 2D and played around with the PathFollow2D and a sprite walking along that, that worked fine. I know there is a PathFollow for 3D, but is it the way to go for Godot?
I've found lot of tutorials for shooters, RPG and car (self driving) race games. Nothing yet about having something like a transportion game or anything.
