Godot releases are “when they are ready”, so it can take a bit for a release. That said, the last Godot 3.2.4 RC was released February 23rd, so it shouldn’t be too much longer before Godot 3.2.4 is out officially. I think the plan for Godot 4.0 is to have an alpha out around summer, if I recall correctly.
