Those who work part-time have more than those who work full-time.
They have the time to do other things rather than just working.
Even though a part-time worker lives in a trailer, and the full-time worker lives in a house, the part-timer has more. A better life. Higher quality life.
The part-timers work quality is higher than the full-timer. This is because they are not tired. And not sick of it.
The part-timers have an opportunity to gain more skills than a full-time worker.
The argument for full-time work, is money. There is not enough money they say. What good does the money do, if all you do all day is work. A part-timer can take their money, and enjoy it.
A full-timer is at home for about 5% of their entire life. This is not counting the time sleeping. A part-timer lives enjoys their life at home 30% of their life.
It's cheaper for companies. The company would no longer be paying over-time. This also means lower taxes.
A part-time worker is happier than a full-time worker. They have more, they can get more skills. They are able to produce things for themself like artwork. Their quality of life is better. One wouldn't think so when looking at the difference of housing, but the housing is worthless if you never use it.
