I would suggest contacting the creator of the Biomes on GitHub and see if they can help you get setup. If you downloaded the stuff from GitHub, it should be in your downloads folder. If you imported it through the Godot Asset library, I am not sure where it would be located, but its probably in a sub-folder in your project.
