If this is for a plugin, you probably will want to post it on the plugin’s GitHub, rather then on the forums. That way, the developers of the plugin, who may or may not be on the forums, will have a much higher chance of seeing the issue you are having.
Also: be sure to include how you are building the plugin and all that stuff! The more details the better when it comes to fixing issues.
