The Better Collada addon is outdated, and doesn't work for versions past 2.8. Using the default .dae exporter only exports one of the animations. Is there a better way to import a blender file from 2.8?
I recommend exporting in GLTF format. It seems to be the least error prone while also having way more features supported than OBJ.
