I guess the solution is configured in some IDE and cooperates well with scons. I want to check and views the predefined macros of pcre2 third party, for example. So could you give some clues to let me be able to contribute to this project?
I don't know right off, but you might want to ask on the devel IRC channel, as the developers there probably will have an idea and be able to help.
