I might suggest buying a more recent GPU, if you can. The Nvidia GTX 660 TI I am using is more powerful than the AMD HD6450, but it has some performance issues with Godot 4.0 due to its Vulkan support. I would suggest looking into something like the AMD RX 5500 XT or the Nvidia GTX 1650 Super if you are looking for a inexpensive, recent GPU. Either graphics card should support Godot and Vulkan. That said, if the AMD HD 6450 is working for you and you want to stick with it, then go for it!
