Is there a possibility to set "night mode" to this forum and to documentation website?

Assuming I understand your question correctly, for this forum there is a dark theme you should be able to set from the edit profile page called Godot Darkly.
For the docs, personally I use the Stylus addon with my waterfox(fork of firefox browser) installation and this user style:

About browser I use Chromium. I tried apps but with no result. (i didn't find any apps with css injection)
