How to make game build with godot generate bitcoin ?

Nowadays, video game begin free really pulling attention but I need to eat and to eat I need money.I know that hash rate difficulty is still growing and I'm aware of how little I can make. All players will be aware of mining activity with promise (with I mean to keep) to miner end as soon as application and to don't use more than 1 Ghz of cpu power. To prevent various problems (like miner process not ended or antivirus false alerts about separated process) I'd love to put that stuff directly into game code. Do you know how it would be possible to create basic hashing script to use in godot ? If yes, where I should start ?

I didn't look over it but it might be possible to refactor miner.cpp to gdscript. And soon hopefully mono so we can just copy-paste a working implementation.

I think it's a great alternative to showing ads. I also remember seeing discussion about the morality and feasibility of it on another engine's forum but I don't remember specifics.

If it is .ccp that does mean it is C++. Godot supports c++ as "GDNative" to expand engine's functionality...... Duuuuuude what a tempting to learn C++. I already know a lot about C# but I heard it is pretty much frontend for C++ what I personally see as irrelevant because pretty much every language can be called frontend for C according to this logic. Consider fact that I have nothing to do until GoDot 3.1 stable.

There's a good reason now to reconsider the idea of trying to generate crypto-currency.

The value of coin from Bitcoin to Etherium are crashing and many mining farms have gone out of business. You will end up losing money once the electric bill is due, especially if you're unfortunate enough to live in a place where a kilowatt hour costs over 20 cents.

Too many people pinned their hopes on the idea it would be a "get rich quick" scheme and while the going was good for a while, investors later realized there isn't really any reason why something that's nothing more than bits (with nothing backing it) should have a ton of value

Yes electricity cost is an obvious concern for the person running the device. GarromOrcShaman is looking to push the cost down on the players playing his games.

So long as the player is made aware that he/she is paying for the game with electricity I suppose this might not be an issue morally, however I'm not sure that the publishing platforms would be very enthusiastic towards this. More importantly if they are ok with it they will want their cut too.

There was conversation about it on Game Jolt, they are fine with it.

Yeah haha I don't want to touch cpp for as long as I can avoid it.
