By my doc, I started to divide plane in slices (cells), it means that cell have individuals LOD and view range.

My culling algorithm as demand more time that I estimated! The range view of camera is added to a security margin to make preload of data. I needed to improvise a console view to show my camera visible blocks, happy because mac and linux to coloring the console is easy.
